Refund Policy

The tools are free

All 214 tools on Smart SEO Toolz are free to use. There is no subscription, no premium tier, no credit pack and no paywall. We never ask for payment details, so no charge from us should ever appear on your statement.

If you see a charge from us

You should not. If a charge appears that references this site, it is almost certainly fraudulent or a misattributed merchant descriptor. Contact your bank to dispute it, and email gemprogrammersgp@gmail.com so we can investigate whether someone is trading on our name.

Custom development work

We separately take on paid web development, SEO and marketing projects under the name Gem Programmers. Those engagements are governed by the written agreement for that project, not by this page. In general:

• A deposit secures the schedule and is non-refundable once work has started.
• Work completed and delivered is billable, whether or not the project continues to completion.
• If we fail to deliver what was agreed, you are refunded for the undelivered portion.
• Change requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins.

Discuss any concern with us first — we would far rather resolve it directly than have you raise a dispute. Reach us through the contact page.

Guest posts

We do not charge for publishing guest posts and we do not pay for them, so no payment and no refund is involved. See Write for Us for how submissions work.
