How do I type capital letters without using Caps Lock?

What is the difference between Title Case and Sentence case?
Title Case capitalises the first letter of every major word ("The Impact of Remote Work") and is used for headings. Sentence case only capitalises the first letter of each sentence ("The impact of remote work on team culture.") and is used for normal body text. Using Title Case in a paragraph reads as unusual; using Sentence case in a heading reads as too plain for most style guides.
Does Title Case capitalise words like "the" and "and"?
Only when they open the title. In the middle of a title, short function words — a, an, the, and, but, or, for, nor, of, in, on, at, to — stay lowercase, matching the convention used by most style guides (Chicago, AP) for headline capitalisation.
Can this fix ALL CAPS text someone sent me?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to change case in Word or Google Docs?
Microsoft Word has Shift+F3 to cycle through UPPERCASE, lowercase and Title Case for selected text. Google Docs has no built-in shortcut for this — you would normally use Format > Text > Capitalization, which only offers those same three styles. Does converting case work on non-English text?
